The importance of questionnaire completion
It is really important to us that all staff who take part in the study, even if they are in the control group (ie access their usual wellbeing resources) provide us with data so we can determine its value.
We are collecting data on the following outcomes over the course of the study and investigate whether there is any differences on these measures those who receive the RESTORE training compared to those who do not.
- Mental wellbeing
- Occupational Stress
- Staff burnout
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Stress
- Thoughts about leaving/intention to leave
- Stress-prone thinking style
- Psychological flexibility
All participants are being asked to complete a set of questionnaires at four key timepoints over the course of the study. They will receive a link to the questionnaire set via email at four time points:
- Baseline
- 8 weeks after baseline
- 12 weeks after baseline
- 24 weeks after baseline
Our main outcome of interest is staff mental wellbeing assessed at 24 weeks after baseline data collection.
