What is Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)?
Acceptance and Commitment Training is an approach that uses a range of techniques to support our capacity be open to our thoughts and feelings, aware of how these influence us, and to engage in actions or behaviour that are consistent with what we most deeply care about.
ACT can help people manage difficult thoughts and feelings, or stressful situations in the work setting.
